"..A butterfly graces our lives.."

Inspiration:
This Precious Memory Box was inspired by this short poem;

"As a butterfly graces our lives with one moments fragile beauty
so too has your babies presence blessed you and those around you.
May you find peace and joy with each butterfly that passes by,
knowing that your baby lives on in the hearts of all she touched."

After coming across this short poem I decided to do a series of butterfly boxes. Butterfly tattoos are very popular. Though with this series I decided to go with a more realistic approach. I'm very proud of the way each of these boxes turned out. They are beauitful and I can only hope that the person who receives each one will love them just as much.

I remember when I was little, I always wanted to catch a butterfly. One day while playing in a field I caught a small white butterfly. I had it cupped in my hands and I wanted to keep it, but I realized had to let it go. I will always remember that butterfly for those moments I spent knowing I had something so special in my hands, and greatful for the moments it spent with me.
